We currently ship within Switzerland and to selected international destinations. The available countries will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed transparently during the checkout process and depend on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Delivery Time

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery times are as follows:

  • Switzerland: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delays may occur, especially during public holidays or for international shipments.

Transfer of Risk

The risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider, insofar as permitted by law.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately via our contact page. If possible, please include photo documentation of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
